Deep tissue changes can not be facilitated while we hold our breathe and squeeze our abs and brace. Learn to relax & breath into this work to release restrictions in a carefully designed session directed by your honest feedback on discomfort levels It's a beautiful thing to learn how to confront pain create change & take charge! It is an empowering massage where you will need to listen - and respond to cues to partner with your therapist to create incredible real time changes to muscle groups that have been locked up & non responsive to more aggressive treatments.
