This massage is intense is it is a coaching based experience to keep you out of fight and flight. Muscles can not release in this state, but require relaxation signals from the brain and oxygen. So we work together to relax breathe and let go. The results are incredible & if you are willing to take the journey you will reap very rich rewards! Remember you always have the option of dropping down to a 'My Body Needs Help" for a less intensive remedial massage
