As you move into your cool down and stretch the instructor congratulates the class.


"Great job today everybody!! Let's make sure we don't end up sore and sorry for ourselves tomorrow gang by investing into some deep tissue release work- I'll talk you through how to maximise your stretches so we can make sure you are not sore the next few days & your body recovers well from all your hard work!"


" So now Let's focus! We Relax and breathe into our stretch to isolate that muscle Yes-in this position- yes that's right now hold relax breathe! Perfect - Feels good right? Great job!"
